JC4S Branch Product Manager - Permanent Opportunities

As part of this win,Team Downer MSPnow support two critical system program offices within theJC4S Branch:
Integrated Command, Control and Communications Systems Program Office (IC3 SPO)
Integrated Warfighting Networks Systems Program Office (IWN SPO)
These SPOs deliver secure, integrated communications and enable seamless coordination across theAustralian Defence Force.
This is a proud milestone for our team as we continue to drive mission-critical capability forward.
We are seeking permanentProduct Managerbased in Canberra to support this Integrated Work Package.
What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including but not limited to:
Provision of product management services to support capability delivery
Manage and maintain product schedules, documentation including review and development of in-service support plans
Coordinate and manage product governance activities and contract change proposals
Oversee and review planned and unplanned maintenance schedules and future sustainment schedules
Develop and maintain BAU support, monthly reporting and other services to ensure capability and project are aligned to engagement standards
What You'll Bring
Experience working in a Defence environment and managing defence systems, products or processes will be essential
Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and driving deliverables and priorities
Bachelor's or certifications in a related field of study
Certifications in Agile, PRINC2, PMBOK will be highly regarded
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent stakeholder management
Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimumNegative Vetting 1or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
In some instances, compliance withITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
