Bloomfield Tremayne and Partners are proud to be working with a leading architecture and interior design studio which is seeking an Interior Designer to join their team of 20 in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

With a strong pipeline of multi-residential, student accommodation, and build-to-rent projects, our client offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth and development.

About the Role

Reporting to the Interiors Principal this role is perfect for an Interior designer who is looking for an active role in a studio and is wanting to immerse themselves in a nurturing environment. You will be given opportunities to contribute and work across all stages of the project. In this role your day to day will see you:

- Collaborating with architects and landscape architects to develop innovative design solutions.
- Utilising Revit for concept development, modelling and documentation
- Participating in site visits and stakeholder meetings, while implementing design solutions for problems that arise on-site.
- Researching and specifying materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures in line with project budgets and design direction.

The key selection criteria and experience our client is as follows:

- Formal qualification/degree in Interior Design
- Minimum of 2 years post-graduate industry experience
- Proficiency in Revit (minimum 2 years post-graduate experience)
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-residential and build-to-rent projects is a must.
- Exceptional design, technical, and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and design resolution
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and collaborative mindset
- Organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
