**About this role**:
This young Architecture and Interior Design team have established themselves in the industry over the last few years and are at a very exciting stage. With a focus on high-end private residential, boutique multi-residential, commercial, hotels and hospitality projects, they are SUPER busy with a strong pipeline of beautiful, bespoke, high-spec projects. Working predominantly in the studio is preferred (for collaboration and learning), and as a small team of 10, cultural fit is very important. Progress your career in a nurturing environment where you can contribute a significant level of input across all project phases.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to high-end, private residential projects
- Produce Revit documentation
- Undertake interiors documentation and detailing
- Support and communicate clearly with the design team
- Confidently deliver full documentation packages
- Assist the team in achieving key project milestones

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Min. 3 years local post grad experience (private resi experience ideal)
- Experience in delivering interior documentation packages in Revit
- Rhino and Adobe Creative skills
- Strong understanding of construction and joinery details
- 3D modelling skills and design sensibility
- Excellent concept design and presentation skills
- Efficient and thorough approach to product research and scheduling
- Ability to manage time effectively
