The RoleThe People Systems Project & Governance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating People Systems projects, embedding strong governance practices, and driving process improvement across HR Services, HR Systems, and Payroll.
From supporting releases to leading process mapping workshops and partnering with stakeholders, you'll help ensure our people systems operate seamlessly to support the business.The TeamYou'll be joining an award-winning, highly skilled, and supportive team which thrives on solving complex problems and delivering innovative digital solutions.
We are energised by the challenge of turning business needs into seamless system outcomes, and we value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate delivery of small People Systems projects across cyclical HR/Payroll processes and ad-hoc initiativesTrack progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to ensure on-time, quality deliveryDevelop and maintain governance artefacts including Data Dictionaries, Process Maps, and SOPsLead current-state and future-state process mapping with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver efficiencies and improved serviceProvide ad-hoc systems support to the wider HR Systems & Payroll teams including in SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll and Time & AttendanceAbout YouDegree in Business, Human Resources, Computing, or related fieldDetail-oriented and organised, with a passion for governance and process excellenceExperience coordinating small systems or process re-engineering projectsComfortable with HR and/or Payroll systems, data, and digital tools (SAP SuccessFactors an advantage).
