About the role We are looking for an experienced store manager or those with senior retail experience to join our retail team on a full time basis.Oversee daily operations for one of our stores on the Upper North Shore of Sydney or assume a senior retail position within an already managed store.Responsibility for all aspects of the site.
Sales targets, visual merchandising, inventory control, optimising business operations, hiring and mentoring of staffYou will be part of a dynamic leadership team that continues to focus on learning and development to remain in front of industry trendsPerforming marketing/selling activities forms an important part of this role and ensuring delivery of great customer experience is paramountThe ideal candidate will be a self starter with an aptitude for problem solving and can engage with empathy and lead with passionFlexibility to work some weekends during peak summer seasonComprehensive training is provided for non-pool industry applicants Benefits and perks Being part of a dynamic, people orientated and energetic team that is striving to be the bestVery competitive salary package and a strong and well planned career path exists for the right candidateFlexible work arrangements will be considered for the right applicantA career with us brings all the opportunities that come with working for a successful and established businessOpportunity exists to undertake the Certificate III or IV in Swimming Pool and Spa Service, nationally recognised industry qualifications Skills and experience Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not essential.
