**About the Opportunity**
The Remuneration & Reporting Analyst provides a link between people data and strategic decisions, along with delivering operational and compliance business reporting requirements and data governance. This role provides support to stakeholders on matters relating to remuneration, benefits reward programs, job evaluations and benchmarking.

The Remuneration & Reporting Analyst designs and develops People & Culture metrics, dashboards, reports, and analyses providing insight that drives key business decisions. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform decision making at various levels of the enterprise.
**What you'll need to be successful**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant business field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar P&C data analytics role or remuneration & benefits role
- Mercer CED Job evaluation accreditation (or similar)
- Expertise in developing people data, reporting and analytics
- Experience using reporting tools (PowerBi, Tableu or alike)
- Strong analytical and technical skills (advanced Microsoft Excel) and proven capability to research, analyse and interpret large sets of data and information
- Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels in a complex corporate environment
- HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
