Reporting to the **Digital Excellence Manager **the **Digital Analyst **is responsible for gathering business requirements for translating into process and digital business solutions to enhance capabilities for the Client Solutions Team (CST). You will have the ability to analyse complex data and present results in formats that are easily understood by non-technical audiences.

The Digital Analyst will also be involved in a range of projects, with a focus on employee and customer experience, which will contribute to sustainable and scalable growth.

The position requires a process orientated approach, with a strong attention to detail led by an inquisitive and investigative mind. We are a high performing outcome focused team that leverages emerging technologies, placing a high importance for ongoing personal and professional development.

**Location**:Perth Branch, Reid Road with flexible working options available (combination of working from home and office based)

**Roster**:Monday to Friday, Permanent Full Time or Permanent Part Time (4 days per week)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, dataflows, datasets, data cleansing, transformation and modelling
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerAutomate and/or PowerApps)
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Database
- Experience working with cloud platform such as Databricks highly regarded
- Experience (intermediate to advanced) with Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to conduct thorough detailed data analysis and investigatory work
- Ability to access data programmatically via API and API integration
- Knowledge of Python desirable
