Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in integrating business operations and enhancing efficiency across the organisation;
  • Analysis of pricing arrangements to determine appropriate comparative pricing and make recommendations for strategic projects;
  • Assist managers with set up and review of pricing agreements;
  • Review of established pricing and standard pricing to maintain margins;
  • Work on projects to support customer retention and improve profitability;
  • Provide direction and education to team members to improve reporting and analysis skills;
  • Enhance support of the sales team and their customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tender responses and manage pricing agreements for major clients;
  • Initiate and lead on tenders, assessing opportunities, tailoring written statements, and coordinating input from key stakeholders across the organisation;
  • Manage contracts, ensuring compliance to contract requirements and organisational standards;
  • Mentor and develop team members responsible for the day-to-day management of pricing queries and report requests from internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word (Intermediate to Advanced level);
  • Experience with SAP, SAC, GS1, Microsoft Access and Salesforce highly regarded;
  • Financial acumen with high level attention to numeric detail;
  • Excellent comprehension and creative writing skills;
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence others to achieve positive results;
  • Results focused with a high level of self-motivation and personal integrity;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
