
Community & Change Manager

As a Community Change Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating champions across ecosystems and facilitating change management in our new operating model. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new initiatives, identify areas of resistance, and develop plans to mitigate risk. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
**In this role you will be primarily responsible for**
- Coordinate champions across ecosystems and drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to drive adoption of new initiatives, identify areas of resistance, and develop plans to mitigate risk.
- Establish and maintain a Single View of Change (SVoC) and Change Impact Heatmap reporting across the initiatives and programs of work
- Identify and engage key stakeholders and partners, build and maintain relationships, and ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and successes.
- Work closely with the Business readiness function to align the execution of change interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs and resources to support adoption of new initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and change management.
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or change management.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results.
