Specialising in off-market residential sales, project marketing and property management, they provide end-to-end service and guidance to all clients and tenants they service. **Your new role**

Servicing one of the highest profile residential developers in Canberra, they have been encouraged to conceptualise a residential property management office on the back of referrals. This role is aligned to a top-notch Licensee who is extremely operationally focused and client-centric. You will be hungry for growth and have a vision for the business within a region and work with executives to build a wider property team around you. Your day to day will encompass:
Tenant and client communications
- building on the back of referrals and previous property relationships- Management of a portfolio that includes high-end luxury apartments- Initially be responsible for operational duties in property management, finance, leasing and asset management- Comply with all regulations and polices for the region- Recruitment and team management of new staff that are employed- Marketing duties

**What you'll need to succeed**- Dedicated attitude with a vision aligning to business growth- Autonomous working ability- Strong relationship management and building skills- Real Estate Licence- Demonstrated exposure within the ACT property market- Be extremely client focused with the ability to understand motivations and wants
