Are YOU who we are looking for?
We are on a mission to find an enthusiastic and motivated People & Coordinator to join our lively People & Culture Team. You will support our apparel brand teams across ANZ and our Distribution Centre. We are looking for someone who is incredibly organised and has a high attention to detail. You are a self-starter, can work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a team. You will have exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with our diverse Brand Collective team.
What you'll be doing
The People & Culture Coordinator will report into the People Partner - Apparel and is responsible for being the first line of contact for all P&C related queries.
The P&C Coordinator will be a true generalist and is responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of People and Culture functions. You will support recruitment, onboarding, learning, diversity, policy review, as well as key strategic projects.
On a day-to-day basis you'll be working across the breadth of HR activities including (but not limited to):
Act as a first point of contact for all retail and DC employee queries
Reassign queries to the relevant area of P&C if escalation is required
Support in the rollout of key strategic initiatives (e.g. implementation of our new HRIS)
Assist employees with system queries and provide guidance in relation to processing changes
Prepare contracts of employment as well as other letters as required
Provide administrative support and ensure all staff records are up to date
Identify continuous improvements opportunities and assist with the implementation of these tasks
Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc recruitment
Full life cycle workers compensation and injury case management across your dedicated stakeholder group
Support in the continuous development of our EVP including rollout of new employee benefits
Assist with the rollout of new learning initiatives including workshop facilitation
Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives What experience is required?
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent is desirable
Knowledge of and/or experience with General Retail Award 2010
Experience in the retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is essential
Ideally, you have been involved with injury management in a retail, Distribution Centre or similar environment and are used to a fast pace. A bit about you
