Principal Workday Implementation Leader

Senior Functional Architect Opportunity
The role of a Senior Functional Architect is to lead the implementation of Workday functional areas, providing expert guidance and delivery. This involves working closely with Engagement Managers, Managers, functional area leads, and senior client resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional leadership on multiple concurrent Workday implementations.
Oversee functional area Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions.
Act as a sounding board for EM and leads, providing ad-hoc advice.
Oversee all functional areas (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Performance) on assigned implementations, ensuring efficient design and configuration.
Help team adhere to methodology and provide feedback for continuous enhancement.
Ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery.
Support sales team by estimating projects and participating in Sales Orals meetings.
Requirements:
Current Workday Certification.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Certified in at least two subspecialities.
Completed 3 full lifecycle Workday Implementations.
Led at least 2 Workday implementations.
