TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced
Diesel Mechanic
to join our Dandenong team on
day shift (Monday to Friday, 6am–3pm)
. You'll work on trucks, trailers, and buses in a
modern, fully equipped workshop
using the latest diagnostic tools and technology.
This is a
full-time, permanent role
offering:
A base rate of $43–$48 per hour + super + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $1,500 extra per month)

Work with a business owned and led by mechanics
Duties
Diagnose and repair faults on trucks, trailers, and buses
Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance
Use advanced diagnostic technology in a clean, modern workshop
Communicate effectively with service advisors, customers, and team members
Identify and report new issues, ensuring timely follow-up
Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (Essential)
Minimum
5 years' experience
as a Diesel Mechanic working on heavy vehicles
Full, valid Australian work rights (Essential)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
