About Our School
Xavier Catholic College is a co-educational K-12 College operated by Brisbane Catholic Education that commenced in 2003. In 2013 a two session Kindergarten was established on site and is administered by Catholic Early EdCare. Our Prep to Year 12 enrolments have grown to over 1340 and continues to expand. Our mission for the College is to provide a high-quality, inclusive Catholic education where all are engaged in their learning and motivated to do their best. About The Opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of matters
Developing and/or administering processes and procedures and responding to enquiries
Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standards
Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Supervising and training support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support
Coordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvements
Understanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and procedures
Led and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performance
For this position you are not required to be Catholic
Eligibility And Safeguarding Requirements
Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
