We're seeking a professional to join our hospital team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and possess excellent communication skills.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a Lead Hospital Team Member, you'll provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours.
Your Responsibilities- You will lead the hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement.
- You will assess staffing levels of individual areas and where necessary, relocate staff to meet clinical and organisational needs.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive clinical experience with a minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role or senior role within a patient flow specialty.
- Current and unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwifery.
- Tertiary qualifications in people management and/or leadership (desirable).
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain relevant clinical expertise, skills and knowledge base to provide leadership within specialty areas.
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster.
