Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

About the Role:

  • Analyse performance marketing channel data across programmatic, paid search, paid social, email and meta to enhance audience targeting and drive creative optimisation.
  • Work with the marketing, revenue and digital agency leaders to analyse, direct and improve accommodation campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather brand data on customer interactions and consolidate into actionable items, reports and presentations.
  • Support hotel tactical campaigns with analysis of CRM and transactional data, providing recommendations on future packages, audience targeting and appropriate performance marketing channels.

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, such as Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Confident in juggling multiple tasks with the ability to make sound decisions and present outcomes.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Previous agency and media buying experience.
  • A passion for numbers and people, with strong analytical and tactical campaign experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid organisation and time management skills.
