An exciting opportunity has opened up in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, blending hospitality and retail. Enjoy a days only role, finishing no later than 6pm and the option of Fridays and Saturdays off.

Exercise full control over the store, like it's your own, highlighting your outstanding leadership. Recruit and nurture a top-notch team, spotting and developing future leaders along the way.

**Requirements**:

- Previous hospitality experience in a Store Manager position.
- Passionate about delivering inspirational and memorable customer experiences.
- Strong people skills and the ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Financial acumen is a bonus but not essential; this can be taught on-the-job.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable presentation to represent our premium brand.

**What you'll get in return**
