The opportunity is to join us as a Partnerships Account Manager in Sydney.The Opportunity - Partnerships Account ManagerThrough your passion for sport, entertainment, and partnerships, you will contribute to creating effective, award-winning integrated campaigns that are impactful and drive results for our clients.
Your role will combine account management and project management, supporting the team across PR & communications, creative, and production to deliver top-tier integrated work.ResponsibilitiesBe a key day-to-day contact for clients, understanding their business, challenges, and managing their activities from start to finish.Contribute creatively and challenge the status quo.Collaborate across disciplines to develop and execute integrated campaigns, leveraging partnerships, activations, content, digital, social, and PR.Work with the broader M&C Saatchi group to deliver integrated campaigns.Participate in training and upskilling opportunities.Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.Manage relationships with rights holders to deliver client outcomes.Assist in developing well-thought briefs for creative, design, and suppliers.Skills & AttributesPassionate, creative, resourceful.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.Organized with attention to detail.Good time management.Ideal ExperienceAt least three years in Account Management or Sponsorship within an agency or brand.Business/Marketing/Technical degree or equivalent.Experience managing campaigns and projects autonomously.Understanding of sponsorships, activations, social & content marketing.Knowledge of agency structure, creative process, and stakeholder roles.Values & BenefitsCore values include embracing diversity, making uncommon sense, and running towards challenges.Flexible work arrangements, paid leave, health & wellness benefits, and Work From Anywhere initiative.Inclusive community networks and support for cultural and social wellbeing.Additional InformationWe are a Circle Back Initiative Employer, committed to responding to every applicant.
