The Opportunity - Partnerships Account Manager

Through your passion for sport, entertainment, and partnerships, you will contribute to creating effective, award-winning integrated campaigns that are impactful and drive results for our clients. Your role will combine account management and project management, supporting the team across PR & communications, creative, and production to deliver top-tier integrated work.

Responsibilities
  • Be a key day-to-day contact for clients, understanding their business, challenges, and managing their activities from start to finish.
  • Contribute creatively and challenge the status quo.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to develop and execute integrated campaigns, leveraging partnerships, activations, content, digital, social, and PR.
  • Work with the broader M&C Saatchi group to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Participate in training and upskilling opportunities.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
  • Manage relationships with rights holders to deliver client outcomes.
  • Assist in developing well-thought briefs for creative, design, and suppliers.
Skills & Attributes
  • Passionate, creative, resourceful.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Good time management.
Ideal Experience
  • At least three years in Account Management or Sponsorship within an agency or brand.
  • Business/Marketing/Technical degree or equivalent.
  • Experience managing campaigns and projects autonomously.
  • Understanding of sponsorships, activations, social & content marketing.
  • Knowledge of agency structure, creative process, and stakeholder roles.
