Office Services Associate at our client sites in the Melbourne CBD.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Mail sorting, collection and distribution
- Ensure general tidiness of Mailroom
- Booking, receiving, & distribution of courier items
- General office administration and other ad hoc duties
- Assist Team Leader in collating incoming/outgoing mail and courier data
- Know and comply with company policies and health and safety procedures
- This is a highly physical role in a busy pass-through Mailroom, which includes some manual handling._

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A desire to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- To be reliable and flexible
- Professional presentation to work in a corporate environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic PC skills
