**About the Home**
The charming Bupa Rangeville is a modern care home nestled in the quiet suburb of Rangeville, Toowoomba with peaceful views over Garnett Lehmann Park. We offer a dedicated team for each of our four communities, including two communities for people living with dementia. It consists of 108 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

**About The Role**

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

**Duties**
- Provide repairs and maintenance support to the care home across a wide scope of activities including; landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging
- Assist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and purchasing systems
- Assist in the management of Property Services projects
- nsure compliance with Work Health and Safety and Property Services Quality Assurance procedures

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
- The ability to solve problems independently
