About the role

The services we deliver change lives, but impact needs investment. As our Executive Manager Finance & Commercial, you'll be the architect of financial strategies that fuel innovation, support sustainability, and create opportunities for growth.

You'll have the freedom to influence how we diversify revenue, manage investments, and harness technology — all while ensuring our financial foundations remain strong and transparent.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role is your chance to redefine what's possible for See Differently's financial and commercial landscape.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading financial strategy and planning to support organisational growth and innovation
  • Overseeing financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and governance with precision and integrity
  • Driving commercial initiatives, identifying new funding models, partnerships, and revenue opportunities
  • Partnering with leaders across the organisation to deliver effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics
  • Providing insightful, data-driven advice to the Board and Executive Leadership Team
  • Leading the integration of enterprise systems, technology investments, and process automation to future-proof operations
  • Working with our technology business partners in designing and implementing new whole of business enterprise systems

  • Proven success in senior financial leadership roles
  • Commercial acumen with experience driving growth, diversification, and innovation
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration and transformation projects
  • Exceptional leadership skills — you inspire confidence, foster collaboration, and deliver results
