When RSL Care (QLD) and the Royal District Nursing Service (Victoria) came together to become Bolton Clarke, it was with a shared vision in mind. To provide care leadership and services that truly enable, support and celebrate Australians to live well and age positively.

**What does the opportunity involve?**

Providing services to clients in their own homes. Services provided are centred around client's needs, abilities and choices including social support (e.g. go for a coffee, a walk, participate in events), shopping and domestic assistance.

These new opportunities include formal training with our education partner and on-the job supports, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing.

Upon completion of the traineeship, you may transition into a Personal Care Worker role within Bolton Clarke.

**The opportunity is open to applicants who have**:

- Citizenship or residency status - an Australian citizen; or a foreign national with permanent residency; or a New Zealand passport holder with at least six months' residence in Australia.
- A valid driver's licence and vehicle
- Access to personal laptop or computer to attend to online learning
- Able to be employed with Bolton Clarke for a minimum of 15 hours per week or more.
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- Flu vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
