The Role: Personal Carer

As a personal carer, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents through being their familiar face. You will assist them with their personal care needs and support them in their daily activities, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.

  • Provide proactive care that enriches residents' daily lives
  • Support residents' choices and independence
  • Deliver personalized care that meets best practice
What We Look For In Our Carers
  • A true passion for caring for others
  • A caring credential - a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is beneficial, but not required. We offer training and support to help you succeed
