As the Executive & Support Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Leadership Team, managing the Support Office, and coordinating various enterprise activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on diverse tasks and taking ownership of your responsibilities. The key focus here is to:
This role is pivotal in managing the insurance, claims and injury management function for workers compensation as well as:

- Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, Support Office, Functions, and Projects as required.
- Ensure effective coordination and management of Support Office facilities.
- Support the efficient onboarding of new starters into the Support Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and coordinate facilities within the Support Office, including cleanliness, kitchen restocking, parking, and desk allocations.
- Support the onboarding process for new starters at the Support Office, including scheduling induction, arranging access passes and IT equipment, and providing overviews of tools and business processes.
- Manage Contractor and Visitor Management, including site familiarization and communication of activities.Act as the point of contact for landlord and tenancy queries.
- Handle various administration duties, such as producing and executing agreements, assisting support functions during peak periods, coordinating support office service awards, managing information for company security licenses, and calendar management.
- Maintain record-keeping functions to support emergency events or business continuity planning.
- Manage administrative projects, including building insurance timetables, supporting the management of the annual calendar of events, and assisting with enterprise project governance.
- Coordinate and communicate Support Office projects, including re-location activities.Organize events and meetings, including documentation, catering, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
- Facilitate travel arrangements in line with the travel policy and relevant approvals.
- Maintain business contact registers and locations.
- Provide assistance with internal communications and media inquiries when required.
