An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tender Writer to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
As the Tender Writer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Involvement in the end-to-end tender management process.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality tender responses.
Lead and facilitate submissions for EOI's, RFP's and Tenders.
Diligently review all client tender documentation and clearly define deliverables and response schedule requirements.
Develop delivery action plans, strategies and schedules in accordance with Powertech tendering procedures.
Efficiently and effectively develop documentation and deliverables as required for project bids of all types (EOIs, RFPs, Tenders).
Liaise and Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required to achieve successful tender outcomes.
Ensure submission content address the customer's tender requirements/evaluation criteria in full.
Write bespoke and tailored response documents with an emphasis on key messages and win themes.
Work with BD Team to develop tender strategies and execution plans.
Developing comprehensive submission documents.
Writing and managing all aspects of tender submissions.
Strong writing and editing skills with a demonstrated aptitude to deliver high quality winning content.
Formatting, collating and proofreading tenders prior to submission.
Maintaining and tracking all tender correspondence.
Attention to detail, formatting & proof reading all submission documents
- Develop templates according to proposal requirements and company branding.
- Improving tender document library, processes and procedures and developing new content.

**Skills**:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
Track record in developing winning proposals
Previous experience working for an Electrical EPC highly desirable
Tender Writing experience for complex tender responses.
Ability to generate creative ideas and transfer these to persuasive written material
Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Experience in Tender Writing within Mining, Oil & Gas, Defence and Renewable Sectors highly desirable
Writing experience in a technical authoring field highly desirable
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
