Key Responsibilities
Analyse business requirements and provide technical recommendations for OutSystems applications.
Design and develop common components, workflows, and functionalities.
Build, unit-test, and deploy OutSystems applications aligned with architectural patterns.
Ensure applications meetWCAG accessibilityandsecurity compliancestandards.
Adhere to coding, privacy, and security protocols.
Maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
Drive continuous improvement across applications and environments.
Mentor and support junior developers.
Skills & Experience
5+ years in web application development.
Strong experience withOutSystemsor similar low-code platforms.
Proficiency inHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks likeReact/Angular.
Experience withREST/JSON APIsandSQL performance tuning.
Familiarity withAgile methodologiesand tools likeTFS, GIT, JIRA.
Exposure toDevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or related field (desirable).
To be considered you must beAustralian Citizenbased inVictoriaand hold a Federal GovernmentBaseline clearance.

Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years in web application development.
Strong experience with OutSystems or similar low-code platforms.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Angular.
Experience with REST/JSON APIs and SQL performance tuning.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like TFS, GIT, JIRA.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or related field (desirable).
