Overview

Experis Australia is seeking a talented Application Developer with 5+ years of experience in the OutSystems low-code platform to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions.

Base pay range

A$125.00/hr - A$135.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse business requirements and provide technical recommendations for OutSystems applications.
  • Design and develop common components, workflows, and functionalities.
  • Build, unit-test, and deploy OutSystems applications aligned with architectural patterns.
  • Ensure applications meet WCAG accessibility and security compliance standards.
  • Adhere to coding, privacy, and security protocols.
  • Maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement across applications and environments.
  • Mentor and support junior developers.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in web application development.
  • Strong experience with OutSystems or similar low-code platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React/Angular.
  • Experience with REST/JSON APIs and SQL performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like TFS, GIT, JIRA.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or related field (desirable).

To be considered you must be Australian Citizen based in Victoria and hold a Federal Government Baseline clearance.
