The Opportunity
An amazing opportunity for an experienced Product Manager is available within our Construction Systems business unit. As the Product Manager, you will attain the defined goals for the Hebel product range by enhancing product performance and fostering volume growth. Take charge of overseeing the product range, maintaining quality standards, leading new product development initiatives, and employing various strategies to establish the product line as an industry frontrunner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Enhance product sales by introducing new products and managing the life cycle of existing products, systems, and accessories
- Monitor competitors and steer product portfolio initiatives to optimise profitability throughout the value chain
- Assist the marketing team with technical insights, sales data, and industry knowledge to formulate the channel marketing strategy, maximising growth opportunities
- Employ a data-driven, customer-centric approach to identify market product gaps. Develop business cases and innovation commercialisation plans to exploit unmet opportunities, driving profitability and segment penetration in both residential and commercial sectors
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the product range complies with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements
- Continuously review product installation protocols, incorporating the voice of the customer and input from on-site sales teams to recommend best practices for buildability
- Regularly assess product information and claims in marketing materials, ensuring accurate system product data maintenance
- Provide technical support to sales teams and customers, including developing and delivering relevant product information, content, presentations, and training to stakeholders
- Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning cycle
- Assist in addressing product quality and warranty issues
- Support and actively participate in cross-divisional One CSR projects
- Manage compliance, IP, and product development budget
About You
- Demonstrated experience in roles related to marketing, product management, or business development
- You hold Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Excels in collaborative environments, ensuring alignment across functions for the integrated execution of strategic initiatives
- Customer-focused, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with exceptional commercial insight
- Capable of prioritising and handling multiple assignments concurrently, delivering results within specified deadlines
- Possesses an analytical mindset, combining strong quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic thinking for tackling complex issues
- Technically proficient, able to translate and communicate value propositions effectively for commercial outcomes in both B2B and B2C contexts
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Building Industry is advantageous but not mandatory
