Responsibilities
Conduct visitor, contractor, and new employee inductions with a focus on compliance.
Manage egg grading data and ensure adherence to biosecurity policies.
Coordinate staff schedules, uniforms, and provide support during changeovers.
Handle reception duties and provide general office support with professionalism.
Assist during emergencies and undertake tasks within your skill set as directed.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in administration, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements.
Experience with rostering or production reporting systems (advantageous but not essential).
