**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for Forklift Operators & Warehouse Labourers to join the team, located at our** **Kilcoy** facility.**

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

- Assisting in the loading and preparation of pallets ready for load out
- Pick Orders with accuracy and efficiency
- RF Scanning
- General stock movement within production facility

**REMUNERATION**:Base rate indicated below. Rate differs according to shift times/days.
- Labourer - $25.99 base per hour.
- Licensed Forklift Drivers - $27.31 base per hour (after company specific training and assessment sign off).
- Experienced High Reach Forklift Operators - $28.62 base per hour (after company specific training and assessment sign off).

**ROSTER**

Several rosters across a 7 day per week operation, with extra shifts available to pick up, and possible overtime.
- Day Shift: 5.00am to 4.00pm | 7 Day Roster - 4 on 4 off, and 3 on 3 off
- Afternoon Shift: 4.00pm to 3.00am | 7 Day Roster - 5 on 2 off
- Night Shift: 9.00pm to 5.00am | Monday to Friday Only

- A current LF forklift licence an advantage
- LO Class on licence an advantage
- Experience in High Reach Forklift Operations an advantage
- Display a high level of attention to detail
- Basic numerical aptitude
- Fast and accurate picking rate
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to work in cold environments
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle or own transport or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
