Warehouse Labourer/Forklift Operator Wanted

We are seeking an experienced forklift driver to join our warehouse team in a labourer role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading and moving long lengths of aluminum (up to 15kg) ready for dispatch.
In addition to this key task, the assistant will also be expected to:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure adherence to all safe work procedures
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous forklift experience with current forklift license essential
- Experience in loading and unloading trucks, gating, strapping, knowledge of weight distribution and size of loads and manual handling
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- A strong commitment to working safely
- An appropriate level of physical fitness to undertake a range of manual handling / labouring tasks in this environment (training in safe work procedures will be provided)
- Appropriate work wear including steelcap boots, long pants yellow hi-vis long sleeved shirts
