AI Strategy Leader
The AI Strategy Leader will drive the development of the group's artificial intelligence strategy, providing vision and direction on AI technology adoption. This role will also guide prioritisation of AI use cases across the enterprise and act as a key facilitator, aligning stakeholders and ensuring that AI initiatives deliver maximum business value while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership:
Assess and standardise AI platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft technologies, while also considering other leading tools and architectural patterns to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability.
Governance & Oversight:
Drive AI governance processes, including ethical guidelines, risk management, compliance, and decision-making frameworks for AI deployment.
Use Case Prioritisation:
Partner with business units to assess, prioritise, and oversee AI initiatives that align with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable value.
Strategic Alignment:
Set the overall direction for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, digital transformation programmes, and innovation agendas.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a trusted adviser to executives and cross-functional leaders, facilitating informed decision-making on AI investments.
Requirements
Artificial Intelligence Expertise:
Proven experience in AI strategy development, AI platform evaluation, and AI adoption planning.
Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership skills, with experience in driving organisational change and managing stakeholder engagement.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and external partners.
