Exciting opportunity for a customer service driven individual, looking to join a fast paced, growing and dynamic team. The Health Assessment specialist will ensure a consistent, high level of service is provided to all clients in line with Bodycare's Core Values.

**About the business**

Since 2000 Bodycare Workplace Solutions has been the market leader in the delivery of occupational health solutions to workforces around Australia and New Zealand. The Health Assessments Team is responsible for the pre-employment medicals and ongoing health surveillance of workers in a number of industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide first point of contact for all queries, seeking guidance and escalating to the appropriate person where necessary
- Scheduling pre-employment, health surveillance and physiotherapy appointments
- Providing general assistance while on a call, including answering questions and offering guidance
- Ensure all team and individual-related KPI's are adhered to
- Participating in training and development opportunities as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- The ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Driven, energetic and committed with a flexible approach
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience working in the healthcare industry an advantage
- Call centre experience an advantage
