We are currently recruiting for a Processing Operator to join our Plant Processing team at our Woodie Manganese Operation, situated 407kms south-east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara, as well as opportunities across our Ghana operations.

Our Processing department is currently performing a 14:14 roster – dayshift only. The suitable applicant will enjoy working with experienced supervisors and being part of a positive, safety-focused culture.

Reporting to the Team Lead, the successful applicant will be required to:

  • Perform all work activities with the highest regard to industry safety standards;
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain processing plant equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of machinery.
  • Accurately record and report production data and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with loading and material handling as required.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience working in gold, nickel, manganese, or base metal processing plants;
  • Genuine focus on safety and commitment to following company policy;
  • Physically fit with the ability to work in extreme conditions outdoors for the majority of the day;
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and add knowledge to the team;
  • Current C Class drivers licence is essential;
