Tecside is currently seeking **Workshop Leader** to join an Australian-owned furniture manufacturing business based at **Emu plains. ** The following positions offer **full-time hours** with **Day shifts **from **Monday to Friday,** **$35+p/h** with an **immediate start**.

To be successful in these positions, you will need the following;
- Experience in supervising and leading a team in a workshop environment
- Experienced with production/ furniture handling
- Forklift license (LF) _- desirable _
- Physically fit
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other internal departments to address technical queries - when required.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with guidance, and performance management of workshop staff
- Coordinate and prioritize the daily workflow tasks
- Collaboratively be able to work in a team, whilst liaising with other departments

Contract length: 24 months

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
