**About the Job**
- Monitoring actions and outcomes arising from correspondence and meetings, and identifying opportunities to make information available at the right time to support the CEO.
- Developing appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the CEO's effectiveness
- Managing invoices, expenses and travel for the CEO's office
- Proactively manage all aspects of the CEO's time; anticipate needs and evolving priorities by seeking to understand key business initiatives and strategic priorities
- Ensuring deadlines are met for all business requirements and manage the needs of the business including escalation of issues to CEO as needed.
- Meeting preparation - ensure CEO has all relevant background / briefings ahead of meetings; seek input from Business Manager (GM CEO Office), relevant business SMEs or undertake own research and analysis to provide a summary.
- Meeting follow up and debrief - ensure CEO meeting notes are documented and stored appropriately and ensure actions from meetings are followed up.
- Work closely with the GM CEO Office on various aspects of the CEO's office including Executive Leadership Team (ELT) activity, Board reporting, internal communications, business initiatives, government and customer engagement, etc.
- Attend ELT meetings and maintain notes as required.
- Acting as key point of contact for the CEO's office with Board, fund members, employers, key stakeholders and vendors / partners.
- Set a leading example on behavioural standards within the organisation.
- Develop sound knowledge of company policies and standards to provide information, ideas and support on matters of concern to the CEO.
**Qualifications**:
**About You**:
- Proven experience in support C level executives and previous experience supporting a CEO.
- Extensive experience managing executives' diaries
- Experience in superannuation, financial services, insurance, or professional services highly desirable
- Previous experience working at board level
- Tech savvy operator, comfortable working with Microsoft Office, iPhone /iPad, Microsoft Teams, V/C in meeting rooms, facilitating hybrid meetings.
- Communication and interpersonal sensitivity
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience with planning and organising, coupled with high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, responsible and committed
- Comfortable and effective in dealing with all levels of people
- Commercial awareness
