
Inventory Manager

As a stock coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process. This includes ordering, receiving, storing and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory in line with company policies.
This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient goods flow, security of all inventory and accuracy of stock records. You'll work closely with various teams to coordinate the logistics of stock replenishment, storage and disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate records
- Oversee the receipt, inspection and storage of stock items
- Prepare and stage parts and inventory for planned maintenance tasks
- Maintain a safe and efficient store layout including equipment and consumables
- Perform regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records in the stock control system
- Support workshop staff with locating parts and issuing tools and equipment
- Process purchase orders, delivery dockets and receivals in line with procedures
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Proven experience in purchasing, storekeeping and inventory control within a warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of stock control, auditing and invoice processing procedures
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to meet required pre-employment medical standards
