About the Role
Are you looking to develop your skills and People and Culture administration, and Recruitment and Selection space? If yes, we would love you to join the ATSICHS Brisbane People and Culture Team in this permanent full time People and Culture Administrator role.
Partnering with the P & C team you will enjoy providing administrative services, and advising staff across the organisation in P & C administrative process. You are a clear a communicator, organised and efficient. You love connecting and building relationships with those you are supporting. You will have the support of your fellow People and Culture Team members, who will guide and support you as you settle into the role.
Duties
Data reporting, analysis, and compliance related tasks.
Managing the P & C in box.
Operating within the P & C information system ELMO.
Advising staff and management on P & C related administration process.
Developing and implementing P & C related administrative processes.
Backfilling Recruitment Officer role.

**Benefits**:
- Permanent full time position with an annual salary of $57,875 + 10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.
Required
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong functional numeracy skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong relationship building and communications skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
- National Police Check.
- Drivers Licence.
Preferred
- Minimum certificate III in Business Administration or related.
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and their cultures, and a general understanding of the issues that are affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in contemporary Australian society.
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Management, Psychology or related field.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services sector.
