As a Regulatory Analyst in this dynamic team you will play a key role in monitoring regulatory developments and providing insights to support our client's strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving energy market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitors and analyses regulatory developments, policy changes, and market trends impacting the new energy sector.
- Assesses the potential impact of regulatory changes on our client's business operations, strategy, and investments.
- Provides strategic advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop regulatory strategies and responses to consultation papers and inquiries.
- Engages with regulators, industry bodies, and government stakeholders to represent our client's interests and influence policy outcomes.
- Supports the development of regulatory submissions, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducts research and data analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the regulatory landscape.
- Stays abreast of emerging technologies, business models, and market developments in the new energy sector.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of our client's regulatory strategy and advocacy efforts.
- Participates in industry forums, working groups, and conferences to share insights and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory analysis, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy market regulation, policy frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
