**About the role**
As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy.
You will be given the training you need to do what you do best - help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
This permanent, part time position is located at Community Bank Goolwa which is part of the wider Fleurieu Community Bank network of branches **.** The part time roster is 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (7.5 hours a day, 30 hours per week).

The Fleurieu has an abundance of local shops, schools, public transport, and is a flourishing community with opportunity for all. Our Fleurieu team has three branches at Aldinga Beach, Goolwa & Victor Harbor and a customer service center at Willunga.

You will bring:
- Extensive experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results
- An ability to confidently talk to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
- An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
- Experience in the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
