**About the role**

Known internally as a **Customer Relationship Officer, **you will provide a seamless Branch experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, exploring needs and circumstances and providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle. You will demonstrate a high level of ownership which is based on building strong relationships with new and existing customer and the wider community. You will actively engage our customers to explore the best products and services to suit their needs. You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs

This position is located at Community Bank Aldinga which is part of the wider Fleurieu Community Bank network of branches**.** The role is permanent, full time.

**About the team**

So far, this team has given back $1.7M to the local Fleurieu communities

Beaches, vineyards, hills; the Fleurieu Peninsula has it all Only 45 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, community is paramount to the suburbs and towns that make up this fabulous region. The Fleurieu has an abundance of local shops, schools, public transport, and is a flourishing community with opportunity for all. Our Fleurieu team has three branches at Aldinga Beach, Goolwa & Victor Harbor and a customer service center at Willunga.

**About you**

We're looking for someone keen to learn and progress in their career. A successful Customer Relationship Officer will bring:

- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions which truly meet the customer's needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A high level of Banking Product knowledge, including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits and Credit Cards.
- Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
