Our client is a leading IT SaaS solutions provider that has over 40,000 clients in over 25 countries. They are headquartered in over 10 countries and work within a variety of industries including fianance, healthcare, manufacturing, managed services, legal, government and retatil. They helpe their clients to become more efficient and profitable through delivering the best mix of SaaS technologies.

The client is looking for an
**Account Manager**. The role will be responsible for upselling and cross selling a range of their products into an existing channel of accounts. You will be responsible for selling, supporting, educating, and growing your accounts as well as maintaining client relationships. You will work closely with your Sales Manager in achieving sales targets every month.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Able to generate and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Become trusted advisor relationship to assigned clients through regular touchpoints
- Drive product adoption, managing escalations leading to retention and long-term satisfaction
- Create weekly, monthly and rolling 6 weeks sales forecasts
- Monitor and report on sales activities and KPIs using Salesforce
- Mandarin/Cantonese Language Requirement
- Hunter profile
- 2 - 4 years experience within BDM or BDM/AM roles
- Experience selling SaaS/software solutions desirable
- Metrics driven and energetic experience in fast-pace sales environment
- Energetic team player who is competitive, coachable and resilient achiever
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
