Overview
We're seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to lead the launch of a new allied health division at One Hot Yoga & Pilates, Australia's award winning movement studio.
This is a senior, hands-on role that blends clinical expertise, clinical Pilates instruction, and the strategic leadership of a new service stream. You'll manage your own caseload, guide the integration of rehab with our existing yoga and Pilates pathways, and help shape the long-term direction of care within a beautifully designed, non-clinical wellness environment.
You'll also play a future-facing role: mentoring junior clinicians as we grow, and having the opportunity to contribute to the development and potential ownership or equity share of this new arm of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional 1:1 musculoskeletal physiotherapy in a studio-integrated setting
Design and lead Clinical Pilates rehab programs (small group + private)
Collaborate with yoga/Pilates teams to create movement-integrated recovery plans
Help recruit and mentor future team members (EPs, junior physios, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal instructors and external referrers
Shape clinical operations, service pathways, and growth milestones
What We're Looking For
Fully qualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration and insurance
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in MSK physiotherapy or private practice
Certified in Clinical Pilates (e.g. APPI, Polestar, DMA, or similar)
Confident delivering both 1:1 rehab and small-group Clinical Pilates
Strong communicator with a warm, client-centered approach
Ready to take initiative, contribute ideas, and help shape a new model of care
