With an established customer base and potential to connect with new customers, you will be responsible for a territory extending southwest from Sydney: Fairfield Heights, Lithgow, Bathurst, Dubbo, Camsie, Wollongong, Orange, Bowral, Wagga Wagga, and a regional trip to Canberra as part of the call cycle.
Along with a competitive salary, you will receive a car allowance and have the ability to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately).
What You'll Do:Own and grow your territory with confidence and independenceBuild strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new onesDeliver exceptional customer service and product knowledgeMeet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrityDrive market share growthGrow distribution and improve in-store visibilityProvide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitabilityExecute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/prioritiesWhat You Bring:Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunityA natural ability to connect with people and build trustStrong understanding of buying cycles and ability to close deals confidentlyProven sales experience and a drive to succeed (ideally 1-2 years in FMCG/OTC)Passion for natural health and wellnessWillingness to travel and manage your schedule independentlyThis is more than a job—it's a chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing industry while enjoying the freedom to shape your own success.This role reports to the National Sales Team Leader and joins a team of Territory Managers across the country.All applications must include a cover letter.Unlock job insightsSalary match | Number of applicants | Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Are you available to travel for this role when required?
