Electrorig (a division of McNab) is an established Yatala based contractor, that has successfully installed and maintained hundreds of project-based hoists nationally. The team at Electrorig is committed to providing the most reliable hoists in the market, whilst working with clients to achieve safe and quality outcomes - each and every time.

**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate a small team of riggers to ensure effective and safe rigging operations on different sites **between Coolangatta and the Sunshine Coast.**:

- Plan and supervise rigging activities, including the prep, installation, maintenance and dismantling of hoists (predominantly CMAX's) as well as the installation and removal of crane decks.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Provide guidance and training to rigging staff, ensuring they are well versed in best practices and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, maintenance, repair or dismantle.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations while quickly resolving any issues that arise.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as a Rigger Supervisor with a strong focus on people and materials hoists.
- Intermediate knowledge of rigging techniques, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

**Required tickets/licenses**:

- Intermediate/Advanced Riggers Ticket
- Construction White Card
- Manual car or Heavy Rigid truck license
- Forklift ticket
