**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate a small team to ensure effective rigging operations between locations.

- Plan and supervise rigging activities, including hoist installation, maintenance, and dismantling, as well as crane deck installation and removal.

- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Provide guidance and training to rigging staff on best practices and safety procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation, maintenance, repair, or dismantle.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Rigger Supervisor with a focus on people and materials hoists.

- Intermediate knowledge of rigging techniques, safety regulations, and industry standards.

- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

**Required Certifications:**

- Intermediate/Advanced Riggers Ticket

- Construction White Card

- Manual car or Heavy Rigid truck license

- Forklift ticket

Rigging Supervisors will be responsible for managing a small team to ensure the safe and efficient execution of rigging operations. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising rigging activities, conducting safety inspections, providing guidance and training to rigging staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have proven experience as a Rigger Supervisor, intermediate knowledge of rigging techniques, safety regulations, and industry standards, ability to lead and manage a team effectively, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Required certifications for this role include an Intermediate/Advanced Riggers Ticket, Construction White Card, Manual car or Heavy Rigid truck license, and Forklift ticket.
