Principal Software Engineering Manager
, you will be responsible for shaping the future of video creation.
You will lead a team of software engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
Delivering success through empowerment and accountability
Supporting software engineers to continuously learn, improve skills, and grow their careers
Providing and receiving honest feedback, fostering open communication
Advocating for your team, helping them remove obstacles, unlock their potential, and improve their performance
Guiding partnerships with stakeholders to determine user requirements and helping your team break down objectives, identify dependencies, and define success criteria.
Guiding your team to drive project plans, release plans, and work items in coordination with stakeholders.
Create and sustain an effective team culture. We value and promote a high-trust environment where we work closely and effectively with others.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
4+ years of people management
3+ years of engineering experience
Solid servant leadership skills and passion for supporting and developing people.
Great communication and ability to consider others' ideas.
