**About the Role**

As part of this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Be the key point of contact for all account payable matters.
- Validate and process invoices, and organise payment runs.
- Creditor maintenance and reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain the purchase order system, including staff training.
- Organise competition prizes and other related payments.
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits.

**About you**

**Essential knowledge, skills & competencies**
- 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
- Completed tertiary accounting education.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite and ERP system, especially in creditors module. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and/or Workplace is highly regarded.
- Understanding of relevant tax obligations and reporting requirements.
- Have strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong focus on providing excellent service to internal and external clients, with the ability to address issues and requests promptly.
- Be legally entitled to live & work in Australia.
