As the CRM Platform Specialist, you will join our global CRM Enterprise Systems team to deliver high quality system, process, and administrative support of the Salesforce platform to our Australia and Spain business users.

The role will report into the CRM Platform Manager, working collaboratively with broader teams within GenesisCare including multi-channel engagement, brand & marketing, business operations and IT services.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and proactive individual who thrives working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.

More specifically, you will:

- Be an advocate for the platform and contribute to knowledge sharing across all the regional teams
- Be the voice for process and platform improvements, ensuring the system is continually optimised, maintained and is being fully utilised to meet the business needs long term
- Understand and help facilitate role-based access requirements, adhering to a just-right methodology to also protect the data of our patients and referrers
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve ad hoc issues; escalating reoccurring issues to the relevant teams
- Configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform including user set up, profiles, permissions, deployments, data integrity, and end user support
- Deliver ongoing Salesforce enhancements, fixes, new implementations
- Risk and issue identification and management
- Data management, including importing, exporting data & reporting
- Produce key process and system documentation
- Contribute to the development of training plans and materials

We're looking for someone who has:

- Tertiary qualified in relevant area of study (IT, Marketing, Business)
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in a CRM or similar role
- Healthcare industry experience highly desirable
- Salesforce Certified Administrator desirable
- Critical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisation skills
- Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work fast moving agile teams and able to prioritize competing requests
- Data driven and comfortable working with large data sets
